In the first issue of Flak we focus on Melbourne Terrace, an influential apartment building of the mid-1990s by Katsalidis Architects. Recipient of the Enduring Architecture Award, Melbourne Terrace capitalised on the shifting political, economic, and urban context of the time and offers new insights 30 years on.
